Exchange & Refund Policy
- Exchange Policy:
Products purchased from Dehmar can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

The item’s is faulty damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

The item’s does not match the original specifications of the product or is not as described at the time of purchase.

To raise a dispute you must notify us within 2 days of delivery by messaging us on contacting us on WhatsApp at +92-3002233408. At Dehmar we handle each dispute on a case-by-case basis and strive to be fair to both parties.

Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds. However, in the event of the unavailability of an article or if the received item is flawed a coupon of the same amount will be issued redeemable online only.

Refund will not be valid if:
• The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
• The product is damaged due to use.
• The product has been tampered with.
• Missing items from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
• Because of different lighting and locations in photos, the product colour may look different from the pictures. So, products can't be exchanged for this reason.

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process begins. Once your order has been shipped our Exchange Policy will apply and you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Dehmar reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including unavailability of stock, declined payments.
